How do I know that my reservation is confirmed?
- Our Travel Team will send you an e-mail confirmation immediately after you complete your reservation. This e-mail will include your confirmation number, dates, room rate, and all other necessary details. Occasionally, a client’s e-mail settings will hold this mail in a filtered e-mail box. Please, be sure to check these filtering e-mail boxes.
How do I change or cancel a reservation?

To cancel a reservation, click on the URL provided in the booking confirmation e-mail and then follow the steps for canceling the reservation. Please note that hotels have different cancellation policies, so please read them carefully before canceling. To change any part of your reservation, e-mail us at support(at)luxique.com and included the reference numbers provided in the confirmation e-mail. There may be nominal amendment fee applied for any booking modifications.

When booking children, are there extra charges for cribs or rollaway beds?
- Each hotel has its own policy regarding booking children. If the policies are not clearly indicated, please contact our team at support(at)luxique.com and we will get the information for you.
How do I book multiple rooms?
- You can book multiple rooms in one booking as long as the rooms are of the same type. Our system will automatically select the number of rooms required for your party based on the number of persons traveling.
Can I make a reservation for someone else?
- To make a reservation for someone else, just fill that persons name on the booking form. If there are more people in your party, please put the other names in the comments field on the booking form.
Do you offer Corporate Rates?
- Luxique will offer Corporate Rates in 2007. Please check back with us later in the year.

What if I encounter a problem entering my credit card?

Make sure that you are entering the card number correctly without "spaces". Also, check that the expiration date is after the reservation date, which you are attempting to book.
What happens to my personal information?
- Your personal information and any additional information are kept in a safe and secure environment. Your information is never sold, given away or used without your permission. Luxique respects your privacy and therefore never rents, sells, or otherwise gives your information to any third party without permission, except when required by law, subpoena or other legal process or in order to protect the safety of the public
Is it safe to enter my credit card information?
- We only allow your credit card number to be transmitted to us over the Internet if your browser supports Secure Socket Layer (SSL) encryption. The SSL encodes this information so it is transmitted in a format that prevents eavesdropping or data theft. If you share your computer or use one that is accessed by the public, remember to sign out of your account and close your browser window when you have finished your session. This will help ensure that others cannot access your personal information.
